Programme Overview
This course is designed to equip individuals with the knowledge, skills, and attitudes required to become effective supervisors who enhance team performance and productivity. Over a five-week period, participants will develop practical people-management and supervisory skills, strengthen communication and interpersonal abilities, and learn how to confidently coach, mentor, and develop staff. The course also prepares participants to manage challenging situations as they arise and to foster a cooperative, high-performing workplace culture through effective talent management techniques. The intervention seeks to provide a practical and clear guide to supervising and managing staff.
