The Customer Engagement and Service Excellence ecourse is designed to develop the knowledge, skills, and behaviours needed to offer exceptional customer engagement and service to internal and external clients. It empowers participants to effectively engage customers with a view to discern their needs and provide timely solutions where necessary. Participants will learn how to interact successfully with internal and external customers from diverse backgrounds, how to overcome challenges in customer service and to build a sustainable customer service excellence culture within an organisation.
