Financial Management
This course is designed to equip professionals with the essential financial management skills required to support sound business decision-making and contribute effectively to organisational success. Participants will develop a solid understanding of how to interpret financial statements, prepare and manage budgets, analyse investment opportunities, and apply strategic financial tools in real-world settings. Emphasis is placed on practical application, including working capital management, capital budgeting, financial planning, and risk evaluation. The course also explores ethical considerations in financial decisions and examines the role of financial markets and institutions.
