This short course focuses on professional development and is designed to equip working professionals with the practical skills, strategies, and tools needed to collaborate effectively in both physical and virtual environments. In today’s fast-evolving work landscape, high-performing teams must navigate the challenges of remote communication, cultural diversity, digital platforms, and time zone differences while maintaining trust, cohesion, and productivity. Through interactive sessions, real-world case studies, and applied group activities, participants will explore the principles of effective teamwork, the dynamics of virtual collaboration, and the use of digital tools that enhance collective performance.
