Train the Trainer
From a philosophical perspective, the Train the Trainerr course is grounded in the belief that those who facilitate training interventions, regardless of content specification, must effectively perform many tasks to ensure success. Indeed, some of the tasks to be performed are contextually specific and, therefore, will be unique to the content area. On the other hand, some tasks are specific to the teaching-learning process and must be effectively and systematically carried out to ensure attainment of desired learning outcomes. Such tasks, it is widely accepted, are better performed when informed by a grounded understanding of theoretical and best-practice strategies for planning and delivering training sessions
