Programme Overview
The Project Management examines the nature of ICT projects, the processes involved in implementing a project and strategies used to effectively manage projects. The project cycle theory is also examined. Students will understand the internal and external influences that affect projects, the project process, human resource needs, project planning, project scheduling, project costing and procurement, documentation and quality assurance.
