Programme Overview

This course delves into the fundamental aspects of project management, including the processes involved in their implementation and effective management strategies. Additionally, it explores the project cycle theory to provide participants with a comprehensive understanding of project management. Through this course, participants will understand the internal and external influences that affect projects. They will learn about the project process, human resource requirements, project planning, scheduling, costing, procurement, documentation, and quality assurance.
